It seemed all too quiet on all fronts when it came to the G-Unit/Young Buck situation [click to read]. 50 Cent and his G-Unit crew have taken a few shots at Buck but Buck has remained relatively silent. But when Young Buck performed in Tampa recently, the former G-Unit member let his feelings be known.
After a fan shouted to Young Buck “G-Unit nigga!†Young Buck snarled right back saying “Fuck G-Unit!†Buck continued to speak with the crowd and clarified his position on the royalty comments that started the whole incident.
“When I said that I hadn’t received a royalty check, I wasn’t saying that 50 Cent took money from me. I said it because it is real!†Buck explained to the crowd. “All that you see on me is street money and show money.â€
Young Buck has been adamant that all the money G-Unit has reportedly made has yet to hit the pockets of the Cashville emcee.
“Niggas are saying they have all this money – hundreds of millions - and I ain’t seen shit!â€
After stirring the crowd up, Buck then went to explain that he will be alright without 50 Cent and made sure the crowd understood the differences between a 50 and a Buck.
“The difference between me and 50 Cent is that I can hit the gutter and get back in the streets. There’s a thousand dope boys that would give me every piece of work that they got. I can get right back out here with my people and get mine. I doubt 50 can go back and do the same.â€
