R Kelly was positively identified in the racy tape by the former bext friend of the girl in the tape.  Simha Jamison testified that she and the girl were best friends for ten years and that they both visited Kelly’s studio often from the age of 12.

Hip Hop artist, R Kelly’s trial is underway in Chicago and the R came out guns blazing saying “It wasn’t Me”.  Robert Kelly’s attorney says that Kelly has a mole on his back that is not visible in the sex tape.  Hence, it isn’t him.  Case closed.  Well, not really … Kelly will not get off that easy as the trial continues.

R and B singer, song writer and producer, R. Kelly, who’s legal name is Robert Kelly, will finally stand trial on kiddie porn charges.  The trial has been postponed for 6 years and Robert did indeed try to go for another delay, but was denied.  Jury selection is complete in Chicago and the trial will begin immediately.  Looks like D Day is finally here
